Nice and clean
September 6, 2010 | 7:28 amIt’s amazing the difference a quick clean can make…. Washed my bike thoroughly over the weekend, including getting loads of gunk (technical term) off the chain, gears and jockey wheels on the rear dérailleur.
First ride after that and I set a really fast time to work. Coincidence? Surely not!!!
