Running when I can’t ride

Nikki remined me last night that we have parents evening today. So I need to be home early tonight.

I don’t live in a spralling metopolis where bikes are faster than cars. I can’t do early on my bike, it simply takes longer than by car. So having spent most of yesterday looking forward to going out on my bike, it has been cruelly ripped from my grasp at the last minute.

To make up for it, I still rose early this morning and went for a short run with Mutley. It won’t let me put any more miles towards my October 100 total, but at least I have been and sipped at the endorphin well!
