Over the next couple of days, I hope to introduce you to some of the other interpid riders on this London to Paris cycle challenge.

Francis Ayres is cycling with us to raise money for Diabetes UK. His father had Diabetes and there is a history of it in the family so when his company EDF offered to support a charity, he put Diabetes UK forward and here he is.
