See that.. that’s frost on the road that is…

Couple that with a strong wind, and I probably shouldn’t have gone out this morning. Had a couple of wiggles but nothing too bad, and most importantly, nothing when a car was around.

More to the point, I probably wouldn’t have gone if I’d have thought it would take me this long to do 20K (12.5 miles). I have no idea how much is to do with the head wind and how much is my fat arse, but I have got to improve on that. I did 20K as part of a triathlon in less than 45 mins, so over 53 is rubbish!. I have decided though that this 20K loop will become more regular, so I can see my progress through the year. It can only get better than this, that is for sure!
